Juniors and Seniors had the opportunity to enjoy Prom last Saturday. Prom is a major event for High Schoolers and is something that they can recall for the rest of their lives.

When it comes to Hacketts Prom, it starts with the Promenade which is held in the Hackett auditorium. Promenade is an event where students and their dates or maybe even friends get the chance to walk across the stage showing off their attire.

After this, students drove over to the Radisson where dinner and the dance would be taking place. Students got to enjoy a buffet of food that included salad, mac n cheese, green beans and for the main course Chicken or Steak. Overall, the food reviews were definitely a lot better than last year's. After a long dinner, the DJ played a little game with everyone. It was called "Name That Tune.” Students got a chance to name the title and artist for each song played which resulted in the winner being gifted a card or coupon.

After that organized chaos, the students made their way to the dance floor. The dancing room had desserts laid out so students could have a little treat. After a little awkward phase the dance finally got interesting. People liked the music at the dance but the DJ was very consistent with letting the songs play out all the way through which, at times, made people lose interest. However, overall Prom was a great time had by most and a success.
